Dear Mr. Rice,
We have recently had problems with our ’93 Toyota Station Wagon (Bought from your dealership when new.) Two accidents (Not our fault) happened within 6 weeks!!! Both Were covered under comprehensive and repaired at your repair shop off Highway 29.

I want to let you know how professionally and successfully everything was handled by personnel at the office and at the repair shop. One would think that a car this old would probably be salvaged or not repaired ….but it is such a fine little car that we would not have any notion of letting it “Live” without repairs or replacing for a newer one.

Your technicians at the shop have repaired that car twice now and it looks sooooo good!!! The transactions were handled by Brandon Hill, and he did everything possible to make everything easy for us. Everyone we met at the collision center was beyonf helpful, and Brandon’s professionalism made for an experience we’ll never forget.!

As I drove away, I noticed a foam cup holder, a magnet and a pen left in the car …. another act of courtesy from Rice Toyota employees.
